I have been working at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)

Entry level support role with a super laid back atmosphere. Not hard to hit your metrics if you show up and put in your time. I didn't know much about hosting when I started but you pick it up pretty quickly as you go. We get free snacks and monthly lunches to celebrate the close of the month which is always nice. People are friendly and managers are helpful. All in all a really cool place to start your career  in the hosting industry.

Training is helpful but you really learn with trial by fire. Like other jobs I had, you have to put in the time taking calls and talking to customers to really learn how to succeed. It would be nice to get additional training once you've been here for a bit. Things make more sense once you understand how to navigate around systems, etc.

Just joined the company 10 months ago. Very fast paced environment. Works for me as I would get bored of doing the same thing over and over. Lots of fun activities to do on breaks - pool, video games, watching a big screen projector, etc. Free snacks and lunches periodically. Really cool managers and awesome coworkers are the highlight for sure. Very fun place to work if you're looking for a phone job.

I came over from GoDaddy and our systems were way better there. From an integration standpoint there's a lot of work to do before we come close to what I had. That said, the environment is way better here. It's a little hard to learn your way around CSFE but life becomes easier as you get more familiar.
